RenewalRadar pre-generates Alert Events when you create or update a Renewal. The system sends email reminders at 90, 60, and 30 days before the Renewal Date — to the Owner and Finance Contact you assign on each renewal.
No. Owners and Finance Contacts are stored as email addresses on the Renewal record. They receive alert emails without needing to log in. Only team members who manage the renewal dashboard need an account.
